That means the same team that screened the development also lists it, fields the enquiries, and sits across the table at closing. There is no information gap between the people who underwrote the asset and the people selling it — and no undisclosed layer of commission between the family and the deal.

Is Insignia International Realty a licensed brokerage?
Yes. It is a Florida real estate brokerage with its own broker of record, Mónica Plaza, and it is the entity through which every Insignia real estate transaction is executed. The family office does not transact property outside it.
Do you work with buyer's brokers and co-brokers?
Yes, on the listed development assets. Terms are agreed in writing before introductions are made; enquiries go to the broker of record.
What documentation is available on the listed developments?
Each asset has a full offering memorandum with master plan, permitting status, programme and financials. These are released after a mutual confidentiality agreement is signed.
Do you handle residential purchases in South Florida?
Yes — for families in the office and for outside clients. That work runs through the brokerage and, for arriving families, alongside the concierge mandate so the purchase, the structure and the household setup are sequenced.
